- White wood sanding, de-nibbing, sealer, and primer sanding applications, as well as UV roughing and reclamation projects. De-burring, graining, and polishing of steel, stainless steel polishing and aluminum finishing and solid surface materials. These sander are well suited to shutter sanding, de-glossing and de-stressing.
- 36" Sanding width, 11" min. part length and 4" max. thickness; 5/8" typical brush dia., 1-1/4" to 3" Typical Brush length; 3/32" per turn height adjustment, depth gauge included.
- 1st brush head 9-1/2" dia;
- 2nd brush head 9-1/2" dia.
- 5 HP variable speed 400 t0 1200 RPM drive motors for each sanding head.
- Rubberized conveyor belt grips and pulls parts through the sander, via 0 -30 FPM variable speed feed system.
- 1-1/2" Dia., rubber covered, infeed and outfeed rollers provide tension to support the belt over reinforced steel conveyor bed.
- Locking roller casters included for portable positioning of the equipment.
