The HG line is designed to drill and pneumatically insert hinges or other hardware eliminating
the heavy workload for the operator with a fully automatic cycle. The drilling and insertion
takes place from bottom. Each head is equipped with one hinge or hardware magazine.
The left-hand working head is fixed. The right-hand working head, on the other hand, can
be adjusted manually (automatic option CNC) and easily locked pneumatically. The head
adjustment on the desired position is indicated by an electronic digital display. On the HG_
CNC model the head is positioned automatically by the CNC axis device.
The machine has three modes of operation: automatic cycle for drilling & inserting, drilling
only or inserting only.
The machine work cycle is controlled by a PLC that continually checks the machine status.
The work cycle is pneumatically and electronically adjustable to achieve times of less than
4-5 seconds per cycle.
