OMAL is a company dedicated to systems and solutions for boring, doweling, profiling and inserting technologies for single and double sided machines, primarily for the wood working industry.  The company was originally formed in 1986 in Senna, Italy.  From the start, the company focused on delivering to his clients / partners high quality components and machinery for furniture manufacture. In close collaboration and following  customer requirements, Omal quickly developed and became a leader in innovative and robust solutions for  drilling and dowels/hardware insertion for  cabinets,  windows and doors industry.

In the mid-1990’s with a constant focus on flexibility and productivity, OMAL developed the first CNC drilling, gluing and dowel insertion machine for the furniture (panel) and window (solid wood) industry . This new technology has allowed our customers to satisfy the growing demand for customized solutions, just in time production and integration with nesting and CNC machining centers.

Machine design is completed in 3D Solid Edge and OMAL conducts literal walk through and part cycle simulation for the design build run-off.  The production of machinery and components is carried out 90 % within the company thanks to extensive workshop facilities including CNC machining centers and CNC lathes for metalworking providing OMAL absolute quality control.
