Bag house design, 12' diameter
Inlet duct 24" and 20" diameters These two round ducts enter into a larger rectangular plenum.
Dust is collected in the conical lower hopper of the main unit, exits through a rotary airlock into the inclined auger which transports the material in the roll-off dumpster. The dumpster has a transfer auger in the lid which moves the material in the bin to assure full and even loading.
The use is uninterrupted while the dumping occurs. The airlock is shut off and the material collects in the conical hopper temporarily.
Material level alarms in both the hopper and the dust dumpster bin.
Entire electrical supply is protected by a 200 amp breaker @ 480 volt disconnects for each component protect motors and supply wiring which is distributed via a buss gutter to each loaded via a buss gutter to each load
