Seller states that it needs a new flywheel. Lift does run, engine and hydraulics work fine. Seller had this lift in operation until plant closed in September. When you turn the key over it to start, it makes a noise when it hits that part of the flywheel. Dealer inspected and confirmed it is the flywheel.
