Used Holz-Her Triathlon 1488 Ser No. 307 Year 2005
The 1488 was a very reliable machine and considered a real work horse for the medium to large high production shop.
Includes the melt on demand cartridge glue system that Holz-Her is famous for. Comes standard set up for 3mm tooling but can be changed to 2mm as well. Exellent for closet shops, euro case cabinet shops, faceframe shops and commercial. Also good for furniture shops for solid wood edging or countertop shops for running HPL and solid wood edging.
Includes PLC control for glue control and basic programs as well as job data.

Granupress melt on demand, with a 3 mm edge thickness capacity, automatic magazine for coil and strips. 3 MM PVC capacity pneumatic guillotine for coil cutoff.

Workstations are as follows: Double motor end trim, chamfers 0 - 10 degrees, ((2) 0.22 kW - 9,000 RPM motors), universal top and bottom fine trim for bevels from 0 - 15 degrees, top and bottom profile trimming (1 HP - 22,000 RPM motor each).

Top and bottom PVC scraper unit for 0.8 - 5 MM radius, and top and bottom buffing (0.3 HP - 1,620 RPM motors each). Flat glue line scraper prior to buffer (PCS).

Includes: Programable Logic Control for easy setup and program storage, Pneumatic Changeover System on the trim stations, fixed outboard panel support and full sound enclosure as well as edgebanding supplies.
