The STREAMER 1054 edgebander offers a new feature: Jointing cutting in the compact class. The basic idea behind the entire STREAMER series is to achieve excellent results within a very small space. The STREAMER 1054 edgebander was also designed for efficient, high speed work – it is ready to be used immediately. At 3.55 meters, it is extremely compact and has a great unit package for perfect edging. As with the large models, the panels in the STREAMER 1054 are prepared by a jointing cutter unit for the edgebanding process.

- Glue application system nozzle Glu Jet GJ301 (2.3kW, 50Hz) suitable for processing EVA and PUR adhesives. Heat up time only 3 minutes with patented nozzle technology.
- Pressure unit 1912-3, with first roller driven and two support pressure rollers.
- End trimming unit 1918 (60mm), twin saw, pneumatic adjustment for chamfer-type end trimming.
- Multifunctional trimming unit, FR201, for flush trimming, radius and chamfering.
- Includes 2mm radius diamond cutters (left and right handed), with LEUCO technology and integrated chip removal patented ProLock screw-in clamping system for rapid tool change.
- Finishing scraper unit 1929 with chip removers and 2 scraper carriers.
- Surface scraper unit 1964 for scraping off glue residue, including blow nozzles.
