(2) CNC controlled 5" stackable vertical spindle (max. 4 tools per stack), 7.5 HP; max. clamping thickness 2-1/2" and 6" max. cutter head diameter.
18-position tool rack.
"X" Axis of spindle travels 81" on (2) THK rails with ball screw movement, "Y" axis with 5" travel on THK rails with 5" max. workpiece overhang, "Z" axis with 5" max. travel on THK rails.
Windows based PC computer with large screen for quick set-up, new door or custom door stiles can be programed in minutes, automatic operation from one style and size of door to the next, straight raised panels & widths of stile or rail and end tenoning work the same.
Electronic sensors measure the length of the part to be cut allowing for various width panels or rails to be shaped consecutively, once a door is pre-programmed it can be re-called.
