AUTOMATIC DISPENSER FOR SINGLE-COMPONENT GLUE
This device, essential especially in automatic production lines, is suitable for dispensing "PVAC" single-component vinyl glue or "UF" urea glue.
It is generally used in woodworking, connected to producer glue storage tanks automatically feeding the roller spreaders by means of level probes mounted between the rollers.
It is possible to feed either the top part, the lower part or both parts alternately when the rollers are without glue.
The advantages are enormous; time and therefore money saving for the operator generally used for this purpose, manually feeding the spreader rollers with glue, thus freed for other tasks.
This glue feeding “station” always ensures the presence of glue in the spreader rollers.
By replacing the standard glue feeder pump, the connecting ducts from the ACM-11 to the rollers and the level probes we can feed polyurethane single-component glues for the sponge and mattress coupling sector.
