"Super Easy" & quick manual positioning of the vertical side pressure bar via roller bearings & pneumatic locking pins; "Super Easy" & quick manual positioning of the horizontal top pressure bar via a counter-weight & balanced system on precision lineal bearings with pneumatic locking pins.
Vertical & horizontal pressure beam equipped with (6) total adjustable "dual-pod" ram air pressure bars, (3) on the horizontal beam & (3) on the vertical beam; 3-1/2" clamping stroke.
Fixed Corner Pressure Elements reduces set-up and change-over time to approx. 25/30 seconds; since the pressure bars are positioned over the joint (or shelf), it will automatically compensate for sizing inaccuracy.
Independent controls for top & side pressure and timer for clamping cycle; solid bottom & back support for any size case.
