(1) Horizontal & (1) vertical interlocked pressure beam, each with electric push button control, two selectable clamping speeds of 4.9 or 9.8 FPM (1.5 or 2.9 MPM); (8) beam surface area eliminates need for pressure pads.
Working cap.: 10" - 118" (250 - 3,000 mm) Length.
10" - 27.5" (250 - 700 mm) max. depth.
0" - 55" (250 x 1,400 mm) height.
Motorized traverse of horizontal & vertical beams can position simultaneously or individually during set-up at 13 FPM (4 MPM).
Vertical & horizontal interlocking pressure walls, each with (8) individual beams, move parallel and square to the clamp frame.
Manual switch setting with LED readout; adjustable pressure regulator clutch system stops the beams at preset pressure resistance; adjustable dwell timer opens clamp automatically; operator control panel built into left side of clamp. Virtually a "plug-in-play" type style of machine.
