(1) 16 HP, "HSK-63F" type ATC spindle, 8-station tool carousel, variable spindle speed from 6,000 - 18,000 RPM, and (1) 11-spindle boring head with (2) double ended horizontal (1-X, 1-Y) & (7) vertical (5-X, 2-Y) spindles.
All axes ride on THK linear guide ways, closed-loop AC Servo motors drive precision preloaded ball screws for positioning tolerances of 0.001" & 1,250 IPM rapid traverse rates. - Automatic lubrication system to service all ball screw & way bearings.
