2-Head, 24" width cap. - 1st Head: Rubber covered contact roller, 15 HP motor; 2nd Head: Combination sanding head with 4" dia. rubber covered contact roll & 1-1/2" wide polishing platen, 10 HP motor.
Abrasive belt size 25" x 60", with pneumatic belt tensioning and electronic abrasive belt tracking.
2 HP Variable speed conveyor belt feed drive for 16 - 62 FPM, infeed & outfeed rubber covered holddown rolls; 4-screw jack conveyor bed base, 0" - 5" thickness capacity with 1/2 HP motor for power raising and lowering of the conveyor bed. A handwheel is provided in conjunction with the elevation system for fine adjustment of the conveyor bed position.
Automatic conveyor belt tracking is provided via a pneumatic cylinder and and pneumatic operated valve.
