Automatically feeds arched or curved parts for profiling or sanding, feeds and contours parts with a radius of 6" or more and a max. material height of 3-1/4".
(1) Horizontal spindle 5.5 HP - 7,500 or 1,500 RPM for sanding, 5" - 6-1/4" tool dia., 4" spindle length cap.
0.33 HP feed motor, forward & reverse variable feed speed 3 - 26 FPM, flexible mounted 5-roller system guides and feeds workpiece.
Simple setup allows for rapid changeover of different widths, no changeover required when machining same profile onto variety of arch radii.
Overhead hood assembly and dust outlet. tooling and accessories as shown - 34" worktable height.
