CNC Bore, Glue, and Dowel Insertion machine with two working zones. Zones are 24” each or, one zone with 48” maximum capacity. CNC controlled in X axis with digital readout Y and Z axis adjustment. (4) pneumatic hold down clamps – (2) per zone.
Machine is set up for 8mm dowels with depth capacity for up to 35mm dowels.
Equipped with 18” diameter vibratory feed bowl, Sealed electronically metered glue system (works with water and pre-glued dowels). 2-1/2 gallon storage tank for glue/water. Machine has always been used with water, not glue. Anti-slip table surface and dust collection port.
Easy programming and function control through touch screen interface. You can select Drill, Glue, or Insert dowels with a simple touch of the screen. Computer and touch screen recently replaced with parts purchased from Pillar Machine (current service center for Accu-Systems machines). Screen is bright and computer responds quickly.
Includes Bar Code Reader purchased from Accu-Systems. Reader works and helps locate programs when downloading to machine – machine is network ready.
Machine is no longer needed for current production. Condition is “As taken from Service”. Production was being run on machine up to the day machine was disconnected. Replaced with Fully CNC machine to facilitate a new work cell.
