48" X 96" Thermoforming Laminating Press, w/vacuum "membraneless" operation designed for 57" wide vinyl products; works without hydraulics or pneumatic cylinders. The unit uses a 3 HP BUSCH vacuum pump and 350 Watt Infa-Red bulb heaters during the Thermoforming cycle.
Loading trays dim. are 52" x 100" ID x 1.75" deep tray system with magnetic pin system for loading and unloading. Individually heated and thermostatically controlled Infa-Red bulb heaters offer operating temperatures up to 300° F. Loading/unloading table at the infeed, 64" wide x 123" long.
Operating pressure 75 PSI, max. operating temperature 300° (most foils work at 150° - 180° F range). Press dimension; 10' Long X 66" high x 73" wide. Control cabinet with ALLEN BRADLEY PLC with "Panelview 550" Touchscreen programmable controller for:
Laminating cycle, cycle and heat controls with (4) digital timers; Thermostat & timers to handle different pressing conditions. Stores and recalls "recipes" (individual programs) for specific materials and applications.
Includes vinyl rack, with casters, for trouble free lay-up of vinyl over the substrate
