1st Head: Helical planer head with alternating spiral design, staggered 4-sided carbide inserts, 18.5 kW (25 HP) motor.

2nd Head: Rubber covered Contact roll.

3rd Head: Combination head (PSP/E) with contact rubber covered roll and finishing platen.

4th Station: Outfeed air knife blow-off station.

Programable variable conveyor belt feed from 12 - 60 FPM, 2.2 kW (3 HP) feed drive, constant pass line height of conveyor bed, automatic conveyor belt tracking.

Programable motorized part thickness adjustment from 0" - 6-1/4" with LED readout.
 

Motor load meters for each head, mobile tool stand for cutter head.
