Automatic Dowel Insertion machine for simultaneous drilling, gluing and dowel inserting.
23-Spindle horizontal head (on 32 mm centers), pieces load either horizontally or vertically for easy construction of drawers. 3 HP - 3,450 RPM Motor, includes (8) glue injectors & dowel inserters with mirror-image, gauge for setting right & left fences, (4) overhead pneumatic holddown clamps.
Side fences, boring & inserting depth and position adjustment for drilling height settings; all with digital counters, fully programmable for commonly used setups and boring patterns.
1.5-Gal. stainless steel tank for glue & water with low level indicator lights, large cap. 18" overhead vibrator type hopper for feeding dowels.
