40-Section, 8-1/2' width cap., (6) clamps per section (240 clamps total), 36" max. clamp opening with 2-1/2" x 4-1/2" jaws.
Heavy Duty hydraulic motor drive for automatic rotation, automatic panel flattening & hydraulic clamp tightening.
Automatic - The operator applies glue to the stock, loads parts for clamping & then unloads.
The tightening assembly with panel flattener automatically advances to each clamp, flattens the panel and tightens the clamp, then moves on to the next clamp.
