Buyer Terms & Conditions:

Bidder represents and warrants to MachineryMax, Inc. that bidder will have certified funds available within 48 hours of wining auction Lot’(s), prior to bidding on any auction lot’(s).

Buyers agree to make full payment of purchased lot’(s) within 48 hours of the auction closing date; Payment is to be made out to MachineryMax, Inc.;  Buyers agree to pay a “15% Buyers Premium” on all purchases which will be invoiced at time of purchase Invoicing;  Payments are to be made in USD currency; All purchases over $1,500.00 are to be made by Bank wire or cashier check, and purchases under $1,500.00 buyers may choose to pay using their Visa, MasterCard, or American Express (a 2% credit card processing fee will be added to purchase’(s));  Payment and Invoice questions should be directed to Sabrina Burns, Telephone: 209-839-7707 or  E-mail: [email protected].

Bidder/Buyer understands equipment being auctioned “AS-IS’’; MachineryMax, Inc. makes “NO PROMISES or GUARANTEE’ (s)” of said equipment or accessories purchased.  Bidder/Buyer understands and holds MachineryMax, Inc. harmless of said equipment or accessories condition, description or value, and agrees that all sales are final (no refunds.)  Equipment descriptions are based on equipment evaluation, manufacture specifications, and online comparisons.  Bidder/Buyer understands actual equipment may differ from description posted on auction site, and holds MachineryMax, Inc. harmless.

Buyer bear all costs to remove and load their purchased lot’(s); Buyer must remove entire lot’(s) purchased within the removal time frame (if extra time is needed it is buyer’s responsibility to make arrangement for extra time); Anyone removing non-hand carriable lot’(s) must provide MachineryMax, Inc. with a certificate of insurance (COI) before purchased items can be removed.
