8-Head, 43" max. width cap.. (1) Carousel head with (4) double arbor heads consisting of (8) counter-rotating spindles, touch screen controls with programmable PLC operation of machine functions, many of machine functions are automatic.
The (4) heads are staggered; each head with a 3 HP motor and 200 to 1,200 RPM spindle speed, inverter controlled, all heads are reversible with a push button to allow sanding of two different grits, 15" long spindles extend out each side of head drive.
Carousel speed 4 to 28 RPM, 3 HP drive motor with inverter controlled RPM, 10" - 14" Max. disc dia. PLC control of carousel RPM, brush RPM, conveyor feed speed and thickness opening.
Upper nylon brush hold down between all brush heads. "Vactronic" Vacuum bed conveyor feed system, 10 HP vacuum fan assembly, variable feed speed 6 to 46 FPM via 3 HP feed drive, 0" to 4" motorized thickness opening.
