Laguna "Smart Shop II" CNC Router

48" x 96" moving gantry, fixed table design in a front-to-back configuration with a 6-zone vacuum table with T-slots including manual controls.

48" x 96" x 9.5" Axis travel with 12" clearance under the gantry, Speeds of 900 IPM, rapid travel with 600 IPM maximum cutting speed.

(1) 11 HP "HSD" spindle with (ATC), 9,000 - 24,000 RPM Range, Ceramic Spindle Bearings.

Automatic Tool Changer with (8) tool position tool rack Includes assorted tool holders, collets, and precision collet nuts. 

25 mm heavy-duty HiWin HG Series linear bearings and rails on all axis rack. "Helical" rack-and-pinion drives on "X" and "Y" axis, and precision-ground ball screw drive on "Z" axis.  Gantry is driven on each end (two "helical" rack-and-pinion drives on "Y" axis). 

Spindle speed control through programming, Manual overrides of spindle speed and feed speeds during run.  Centralized lubrication system for all axis, assorted tool holders.
