Single-sided machine with trim saw, shaper, triangular belt sander, and double foil Station. Machine is ideal for working with MDF material to create a flat or profiled edge with Transfer Foil.

1st. Station. Overhead trim saw
2nd. Station: Shaper /cope spindle, 1-1/4" dia. x 4" length, 5 HP - 3,600 RPM motor, belt drive to 7,200 RPM, fully adjustable on X- and Y-axis on dovetail slides, tiltable 45°.
3rd. Station: 3 HP Profile belt sanding units, 3" x 146" sanding belt, 3 HP - 1,200 RPM motor, vertical tilting range up to 75° horizontal dovetail movement w/hand knob fine adjustment, air operated tension control.
4th. Station is a Double Wheel foiling station, thermostatically controlled foiling heads w/dispensing & take-up reel, 45° tilt adjustment, automatic setup and separate controls for heat, pressure wheels up-or-down, rewind up-or-down, and tensioning.
3 HP AC motor and gearbox powering the drive shaft, variable feed speed from 0 - 75 FPM with digital read out.
Solid machined steel link, feed chain with aluminum top plate and serrated urethane pads, riding on UHMW plastic track for reduced friction.
Adjustable panel support, automatic feed chain lubricator, integrated control panel with LCD Digital HMI.
