Feed through, single sided with: (1) Shaping, (1) sanding and (1) foiling station, all units are 0° - 45° tilting.
Min. part size 5" x 2-3/4", thickness 1/8" to 1-1/2" max., 1-3/4" max. profile face.
5 HP - 6,000 RPM Shaping spindle (1-1/4" dia.) for 6" max. dia. tooling; 1,500 RPM TURBOSAND rotary sanding head with 1-1/4" dia. spindle.
Foiling section: Supply roll for 2" max. width, shaped applicator wheel with automatic heat control, adjustments 2" in-and-out, 1-1/2" laterally across and -10° to +50° angle from horizontal, film take-up/carrier rewinds with automatic tension control, stripper rollers for precision trimming on miters and edges.
Feed: 18 FPM Fixed feed speed, 1 HP feed drive; overhead hold-down with (2) rows of tightly spaced non-marking rollers and feed chain with non-marking rubber pads, feeds from right-to-left.
Outrigger panel support roller track.
