60" x 144" Flat work table.  Aluminum table with ability to custom configure gasketing and zones.  Vacuum ports on front of machine to allow for use of vacuum pods or fixtures.
 
Positioning speed on the "X" & "Y" axis is 80 MPM (262 FPM) and "Z" axis is 20 MPM (66 FPM).   Y and Z axis are ball screw, X axis is rack and pinion.
 
Boring head with  independent vertical spindles, (9) spindles are in  "Y" axis and (11) spindles are in "X" axis;  Two (2) hinge boring positions;   3 kW motor;  No horizontal drills; Integrated X axis grooving saw is part of the boring head.
 
(1) 15 HP electro-spindle (HSK) with  8-position ride along tool changer.  Four (4) air blast nozzles on router to facilitate dust collection.
 
(8) pop-up part location pins with two independent work zones (left to right).
 
Automated infeed system complete with scissor lift (6,000# 4 x 8) and vacuum loader.  The vacuum loading arm on the scissor lift is inoperable and needs parts/repair.
 
Automated outfeed system (pneumatic rake) complete with offload table and dust extraction.
 
PC control (Windows operating system) on moveable cart. 
 
(2) Becker 5.5/6.4 kW Vacuum pumps.
 
External transformer.
 
Side and rear safety fence.
 
Front safety mats (with independent zones).
