Pre-Milling Station with: (2) 3 kW (4 HP) - 150 Hz, 9,000 RPM Motors; equipped with panel blowoff device and SIKO digital counters for adjustments. Edge Feeding Device with: 2-Coil vertical magazine for quick coil changeover.
Gluing System suitable for PUR® with: Premelt hopper feeder & roller applicator (reversible). Servo Controlled Pressure Roll Section with: (1) Large 150 mm dia. driven & (6) idle rollers; automatic Servo adjusting pressure zone through program for varying edge thicknesses.
Workstations:
Double Motor End Trimming: 0.18 kW (0.24 HP) - 200 Hz, 12,000 RPM Motor ea.; to cut excess edge on the front & back of the panel; pneumatic adjusting from chamfer to straight snip.
Top & Bottom Flush Trim Unit with: Height adjustment with the top pressure and swivelling range +/- 1° (2 HP - 12,000 RPM ea. motor). Profile Trimming Unit with: (2) Motors to process the edge overhangs at the workpiece upper and lower edge, as well as trimming around the front & rear edge (0.75 HP motor ea.).
