Movable blade technology; as operator moves blades, laser lights follow. With "Quick fix" arbor for quick changeover. Saw blades are mounted to individual collars that slide up-and-down the arbor into position, then lock into place by tightening the "Quick fix" nut on the arbor, no tools & no spacers required.
12" Dia. saw blades, 65 mm (2-1/2" dia.) arbor, 3-1/2" max. depth of cut, 20" centers between upper holddown rollers, 6" throat depth to the right of blade; 3/4" min. strip width, 21" min. stock length.
Variable feed speed from 16 - 115 FPM, feed drive with 1.2 HP motor; chain spikes every 3rd chain link, automatic chain lubrication.
(4) Sets of anti-kickback fingers; (2) sets are at the infeed from the top and (1) set is in the below position. At the outfeed (1) from below.
Raimann pivoting return conveyor, 10' x 3' outfeed with pusher, 18" x 15' powered return belt.
Moveable overhead control panel slided along track to allow operator to control machine with different length boards.
Seller reports that the programmable blade program is not utilized. It is unclear if there is a software or hardware issue or the seller's staff simply does not know how to use this function. The blade can still be moved with the foot pedal without opening the hood . Bidder is encouraged to inspect this machine and/or contact Weinig/Dimter to inquire about this specific machine and potential issues.
