5-3/4" Single daylight opening, (1) upper & (1) lower "OKOTHERM Plus" short cycle electrical heated platens, tempered gold anodized platen surfaces to prevent glue build up and scratches.
Separate "TT-133" water heaters, (1) per platen, 18 kW each; separate temperature thermostats for ea. platen, warning light if temperature is too high, 140° C (285° F) max. operating temperature.
135 Tons max. pressure, 35 PSI specific pressure over entire platen, JOOS "ABS" safety system to prevent dammage to the platens if unevenly loaded, (6) 80 mm dia. upstroke cylinders, 15-3/4" and stroke.
4 HP 2-Stage hydraulic high pressure pump, automatic opening via electric timer and push button control
