60" x 144" Moving table, Heavy Duty fixed bridge machine, front-to-back configuration, 2" thick solid cast aluminum "Matrix" table machined with a single vacuum zone, (4) pop-up pins for material location.

(1) 18 HP, HSD, "HSK-63F" type ATC spindle with C-Axis, variable spindle speed from 6,000 - 24,000 RPM, with a 10-station tool carousel .

(9) Spindle vertical boring block with 7 in the X axis and 3 in the Y axis.

Ride on THK linear guide ways, closed-loop AC Servo motors drive precision pre-loaded ball screws for positioning tolerances of 0.001"; rapid traverse rates of 3,150 IPM. - Automatic lubrication system to service all ball screw & way bearings.

GE/FANUC "210-I" Control with WINDOWS PC Front-end, 10.4" high resolution color CRT, (3) axes simultaneous control, linear & circular interpolation; network compatible, RS-232 port, and hand held controller.

Background editing, self-diagnostics, high speed, high precision machining function, canned cycles, absolute & incremental programming, inch/metric capability, cutter & tool length compensation, and feed rate & spindle speed override.
