X-Axis is 118.9" (3,000 mm), Y-axis 50" (1,270 mm) when routing, Z-axis 7" (180 mm); positioning speed on X- & Y-axis is 262 FPM. - YASKAWA AC Servo motors in all (3) axes.

(17) Independent vertical boring spindles, 5 HP - 4,500 RPM motor drives the (7) spindles on the Y-axis & (11) spindles on the X-axis. Features: (6) Horizontal spindles for boring on all four edges of the panel, (2 + 2) on the X-axis (2) in ea. direction and (1 + 1) are paralleled with the Y-axis (1 in ea. direction).

(1) Vertically mounted HSK router with electro-spindle, unit is inverter driven at 12,000 - 18,000 RPM, ATC magazine for (6) tools with HSK adapter & automatic "on-the-fly" changing.

(1) Grooving saw fixed in the X-axis.

(6) Tubeless vacuum holddown support rails, each rail has 2() vacuum cups on each rail.; rails have pneumatic locking control, vacuum rails slide on THK guides in the X-axis. The worktable has (4) pop-up side stops, (2) rows of pop-up backstops which create (4) separate work zones (four 0/0 points). Lifting bars for easy panel loading and unloading.
