POLYMAC SINGLE EDGEBANDER

Features and Specifications:

Designed for straight curved (contour), or beveled edgebanding. 0.4-5mm edgebanding thickness, capacity for 3mm PVC banding, 10 – 60 mm height, automatic advance of banding material from 13- 39 FPM, 20mm min. radius. Small glue pot for quick heat-up, magazine for coil or solod strips, guillotine cutoff manual advance of panel through glue roller, tiltable 0° – 15° for bevel edgebanding.

Feed chain with “anti-slip” 80 mm wide rubber pads, self-lubrication chain pads, variable feed speed 29 – 60 FPM, with 2 HP feed drive; PLC microprocessor control for workstation function & feed speed, remote control jog button .

Complete with: End trimming unit for trimming excess edge banding from front and rear of panel.
