Weeke "SWT 113K" Wide Belt Sander - Single Head (2013), 37" Width cap., single combination head, touch screen design, only 337 hours!
37" Single Combination Contact Roller & Segmented Fine Sanding finishing platen, combination head consisting of steel contact roller 160 mm (6") diameter & adjustable fine sanding platen, pneumatically controlled. Electronically controlled segmented platen designed to remove dubbing of all edges of a solid wood.or veneered panel.
Working width of 950 mm (37") and part thickness of 3 - 160 mm (1/8" - 7"). 11 kW (15 HP) Sanding Head motor; abrasive belt size of 1,115 x 2,620 mm (43.9" x 103"); air jet abrasive belt cleaner.
2-Speed conveyor belt 4 & 8 MPM (13 & 26 FPM), rubberized hold-down rollers, in & outfeed roller table extensions with (5) rollers each. Infeed safety shutoff bar, front mounted control panel, and main motor load meter. Emergency stops at front & back.
