Evans "138" Postformer
100" Material length cap., 1-1/2" max. forming radius, will wrap high pressure, vertical grade laminate, in a 90° - 180° over all types of radii; works on up to 3-1/4" thick substrates.
Heavy Duty frame with: (5) Overhead pneumatic material clamps, manually operated heating bar, (13) air cylinders to absorb and conform to the substrate edge when wrapping the laminate.
Great for: Doors, drawer fronts, desk tops, service counters, or any type of post-forming!
Forming length capacity 98"; 1-1/2" max. forming radius (3" thick material).
Thermostatically controlled heater, ambient to 500 degrees Fahrenheit; integrated timer, individual control on all air components; 37" working height.
