Used Mereen Johnson 431-DC 30” arbor gang rip saw. Includes automated loading, return, and auto stacker.  Setup for panel ripping. Serial: MJ-4604 with Creative Automation automated infeed and outfeed.

Maximum thickness 2” with 12” diameter blades, 22” minimum part length. Single bottom and double upper infeed kickback fingers, single upper kickback fingers on outfeed.  5” pitch, double-vee chain with dip bed, quad life cams, aluminum feed slats with steel backed rubber inserts.  Oil mist lube with low level auto shut off.  Four 5” diameter air loaded top idle press rolls.  Full width industrial laminate spring loaded bed plate.  Press rolls and plate with powered vertical adjustment push buttons.

Dust Collection – one 10” port, one 5” port.  100 HP 3600 TEFC main motor, belt driving arbor from below.  5 HP TEFC feed drive adjustable 30’ to 150’ per minute.

Following accessories included with saw, several 30" Arbors with nuts, assorted saw blades 1/8" x 12" and 6 mm x 12", assorted Aluminum spacers 5 mm to 74.5 mm, plastic spacers 1.5 mm. Blue storage cabinet about 2' x 3' x 3' high with 4 drawers.  Arbor setup table 4' x 8' with storage under the top, arbor transport table, bed plates to match many different setups.  This is a perfect setup for ripping strips for engineered flooring and components out of sheet goods or adaptable for ripping lumber.

The Creative Automation vacuum lifts 1 sheet at time, loads on infeed of ripsaw, processes through saw, then automatically stacks the processed sheets to a pallet.  Any excess on the panel leftover wider than the 30” capacity is returned back through the rip process then continues on until complete bunk is processed all with one operator.
