Unique "412" Automatic Shaper - Shape & Sand
3-Station Feed Through Shape & Sand Machine.
1st Station: Shaping, 10 HP direct drive- 7,200 RPM motor, 1-1/4" spindle X 5 1/4" long, stack-able tool cap.for up to (4) tools.
2nd & 3rd Stations: Sanding, (2) 2 HP motor, 0 - 2,500 variable RPM, 1" diameter spindle air jets for abrasive cleaning.
Reversing switch, spring loaded 1" spindle up to 45° tilt capability, indicators reading in 0.001" adjustments for both horizontal and vertical.
Maximum material thickness is 2 1/4", variable speed conveyor with outboard rollers for up to 35 FPM feed rate, (1) 5" dust port for shaping head and 4" port for each sanding head.
Tool design requirement 6" diameter, self lubricating conveyor guides, mechanical digital position indication on infeed fence.
