0.4 - 15 mm (5/8") Edge cap., panel thickness 5/16" - 2-3/8", min. panel length 160 mm (6-3/8") and 65 mm (2-3/8") min. width; line control (NO limit switches) for workstation function.
Pressure beam height adjustment for all work stations via digital height indicator.
PC-20 Program Control; with 12" Industrial PC screen.
Signal infeed light to insure proper spacing between panels.
(2) Motor Pre-mill unit; (2) 3 HP motors (12,000 RPM) with straight and chamfer capability; program controlled indexing from straight to bevel.
Quick heat-up glue system,(approx. 10 minutes) w/hopper feeder & w/glue tank for maintenance & quick glue color change. Glue temperature indicator for both the glue pot and glue roller with LED thermostat and automatic temperature reduction if the machine is idle for 15 minutes or more.
The glue applicator roller is also reversable and retractable from the fence line.

Top & bottom flush/radius trim, bevels 0° - 15° (3/4 HP - 12,000 RPM motor), with insert knives for 3 mm PVC radius.
Top & bottom fine trim with DFC cutter head & servo motor controlled positioning of the work unit & side copy to edge thickness, horizontal & vertical tracing wheels; bevels 0° - 15°.
(2) motor Contour trimming station (1/2 HP - 12,000 RPM each motor) for corner rounding for front & trailing corners on the fly.
Top & bottom scraping for 3 mm PVC radius, pneumatically controlled indexing system; Top & bottom flat/glue scrape.
Top & bottom oscillating buffing (0.25 HP - 2,800 motors).
Variable Feed speed 36-65 FPM (3 HP feed motor).
