SuSubbject: License Transfer of Microvellum Software from Baker & Kerr to a New Owner
To Whom This May Concern,
The purpose of this letter is to outline the costs associated with the transfer of Microvellum software licenses from Baker & Kerr to a new buyer.
1. Transfer Fee: $5,000.00
- This is to cover the entity transfer from the current owner to the new owner.
2. Support and Maintenance
- Annual Support and Maintenance is due and must be brought current from when it last lapsed. This is referred to as the “Get Current” charges. Microvellum Toolbox carries a Support and Maintenance as does the AutoCAD OEM license. You will see them outlined below.
- The Microvellum Support and Maintenance structure has changed since Baker & Kerr started as a customer. While in effect, they were kept on the original structure, however when an account lapses on their Support and Maintenance it reverts to the most current Support and Maintenance charge structure, which is applied below.
