Working cap.: "X" Axis 256" (6,500 mm), "Y" axis 49" (1,260 mm), "Z" axis stroke is 7.2" (200 mm), max material thickness 5.9" (150 mm). Positioning Speed: "X" & "Y" axis is 262 FPM (80 MPM), "Z" axis is 98 FPM (30 MPM); helical rack and pinion drive on "X" axis & ballscrew on "Y" & "Z" axis.
Routing: (1) 10 HP (7.5 kW) Air cooled electro-spindle with HSK-F63 adaptor, variable speed from 1,000 - 20,000 RPM, (replaced July 2018 at $20,000); (1) 10-position ride along tool changer for "on the fly" ATC.
Boring Unit with: (1) 2.5 HP (1.7 kW) - 4,000 RPM motor: (12) independent vertical spindles, (6) in "X" axis & (6) in "Y" axis; (6) horizontal spindles with (2+2) in "X" axis & (1+1) in "Y" axis; (1) 120 mm dia "X" axis grooving saw.
(2) independent working areas; (14) external pop-up reference pins with (6) on the back of the table, (4) on the front of the table, (2) on the RH side, (2) on the LH side.
