**SPECS. AS PULLED FROM MANUFACTURER WEBSITE:
- 30 FPM feed speed.
- 50 mm Panel thickness
- Automatic height adjustment with top pressure beam for all work stations.
- Heavy machine frame construction with heavy duty feed track design.
- Control panel located at machine infeed for operator convenience.
- Automatic magazine for strip and coil feeding.
- Contact heating shoe to warm panel edge.
- Hot melt granulate glue application system with 12 minute heat up time and no lubrication needed.
- Automatic reduction of glue temperature if not run within 15 minutes. This feature lowers the temperature to approximately 150 degrees C. Re-heat time is approximately 2 minutes.
- First pressure roller driven and two idle pressure rollers with digital setting system.
- Double motor end trim unit for precision trimming with tilt range from 0>15 degrees.
- Top and bottom fine trimming unit equipped with DFC cutter heads, tilt feature and radius / straight inserts.
- The standard KDN-210 has one open space to add a buffing or scraping unit.
- Sound enclosure with window.
- Workpiece support track extendable.
- Electronic frequency changer for all trimming motors, which also includes electronic motor braking.
