Automatic frame press is specifically designed for fast assembly of window frames and sashes. For length and height adjustment, the wood is placed into the pressing surface without pre-possitioning of the press cylinders.
The machine is equipped as follows: (2) Vertical pressing cylinders with 1,000 mm max. stroke , (2) horizontal pressing cylinders with 80 mm max. stroke, electronic height and width adjustment.
(1) piece center pressing beam 2250 mm height carriage riding on ball bearing raceways; includes lock for angle window adjustment for gluing.
Pressing capacity: 2,250 mm height 12,500 N per cylinder, and 3,500 mm width 20,000 N per cylinder; 2 kW motor. Pressing force per cylinder: 500 - 2,200 kg (variable).
(2) piece swiveling pressing plate, plugged, 45° with lateral guide for the gluing of inclined work pieces up to 45°. Control for angled window gluing. Safety release cord (manual), rapid locking, individual press control.
