3" Min. & 18" max. cleat length, can process 1/8" to 3/4" square stock, hopper fed;
(2) 3-spindle fully adjustable boring banks, at 90° of each other, belt driven by (2) 1 HP motors;
1.5 HP Trim saw with 8" dia. blade, can produce up approx. (20) cleats/Min. depending on length.
Cleats are stacked on the hopper, the feed mechanism moves the stick to the initial trim position where the saw skims it;
It is then fed to the boring station where it is bored and cut off; the boring & cutoff cycle continue until the stick is consumed;
If there is not enough material to make another cleat, it is ejected out the back of the machine; the feed mechanism then returns to the stacker and starts the process again.
