KVAL FACE CNC Entry Door Router/Drill/Mortiser for Architectural Doors.
KVAL CNC and drill for mortise lock function holes, viewers and routed pockets necessary for exit devices and card locks.
Four PERSKE high frequency routers, (2) mounted above the door and (2) below. All holes larger than 3/8” are routed either into the door face for half holes, or through both sides for through holes, with the bits almost touching in the middle of the bore. This eliminates any danger of tear-out on the door face.
ATC for Router tooling. Axes/Drives X, Y, Z, U, V and W. GALIL Motion Controllers.
Controller accepts many input parameters, for example: Locks Definition/Shape Definition; T-Strike; Cylindrical -Rectangular -Flushbolt. Face Lock Group: Face Hole, Face Rectangle, Face Special; DOORLITE Hole: Rectangle, Doorlite Special, Cylindrical for Architect or Commander .
