Lock 2-3/8" and 2-3/4" backsets, hinge mortising for 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" and 4" x 4" x 5/8" radius, faceplate router up to 1-1/4" x 2-3/4", hinge radius of 5/8", hinge pattern adjustable from 29" to 33" center to center.
Machining cycle under 30-seconds. Door clamps up - eliminating changeover for interior and exteriopr doors. Lock drilling from underside of door enables operator to view exit cut and provide quality control.
Automatic lock maching, drills for lock and latch and routes for the faceplate in (1) cycle, centrally located electrical panel provide safe and easy operation.
Automatic changeover for interior and exterior doors eliminates adjustment time. Micro-processor technoligy minimizes maintenance down-time. 6 CFM @ 90 PSI, 1900 CFM @ 8" dust outlet.
