The "RAZOR GAGE" automated positioning system with length optimizing is an easy to use complete cut-off saw system that manages cutting lists, material defecting, part identification providing a complete solution for managing the production of lineal cross cutting. Suitable for face frame, door and drawer parts or any cross cutting application up to the saw capacity of approximately 8" in width.
18' infeed table with electronic defecting that records defects and useable part lengths; Automatic feed pusher; "RAZORGAGE 18" up-cut saw with integrated foot pedel & safety guarding; 10' Outfeed table. Pocket boring makes this an all in one system.
System software can accept cutting lists from production CAD or spread sheet down loaded via network connection. Manual input or stop positioning can be inputed directly from the user friendly touch screen monitor or by standard key board input.
The Rack storage sytem has lights that turn on indicating where each cut part can go. The carts can than be moved to production, (3) carts are included.
