4) Stations (2 Floating shapers, 2 floating sanders), each with 5" stack capacity.  (2) Shaper Stations with: 10 HP Direct drive HIMMEL motors, 1-1/4" dia. arbors.  (2) Sanding Stations with: 2 HP Direct drive BALDOR Motors, 1" dia. arbors tiltable up to 45 °.

Sanding Stations are variable speed from 6,000 - 9,000 RPM and reversible.  Shaper Stations are variable speed from 6,000 to 9,000 RPM and reversible.  Variable speed conveyor speed from 0 - 35 FPM; 6"Heavy Duty conveyor and roller holddown system.

Digital indicators for both horizontal & vertical adjustment on all spindles from the front.

PLC Controlled "jump-cope"; machine is equipped with Windows/XP based computer touch-screen & software. - Software stores feed rates, positions, cutter rotation, profile pictures, and RPM settings.
 

Includes "DRO" Option: (Software and hardware upgrade from standard "Trueset" software - linear encoders on each station send real -ime location of spindle back to computer and give the operator the desired position.
 

Max. material thickness - 2-1/2"; min. material width - 1-1/2" plus the depth of the cut.
