CNC controlled maching center for raised panel doors. (2) CNC controlled quick change 10 HP Direct Drive spindles with 18-position tool changer.
Max. clamping thickness 2-1/2" and 6" max. cutter head dia. "X" Axis of spindle travels 110" on (2) "THK" rails with ball screw movement. "Y" axis movment on "THK" rails, and "Z" axis travel on "THK" rails too.
Windows based PC computor with large touch screen menue for quick set-up, new door or custom door stiles can be programed in minutes, automatic operation from one style and size of door to the next, straight raised panels & widths of stile or rail and end tenoning work the same.
Electronic sensors measure the length of the part to be cut allowing for various width panels or rails to be shaped consecutively; once a door is pre-programmed it can be recalled. Electronic brake on spindles, (2) 5" dia. outlets for dust collection.
