Brandt "Ambition 1110" Edgebander (2013), 

0.4 - 3 mm (1/8") Edge thickness cap., 8 - 50 mm (0.3" - 2") panel thickness, 60 mm (2.3") min. panel width and 140 mm (5-1/2") min. length.

Hot Melt granulate glue system with "Quick Melt" start-up (10 - 12 Min heat-up) with reversible rotation glue applicator roller and automatic reduction glue temperature adjustment (when idle drops to 150°, 2-1/2 Min to re-activate).

Automatic feed magazine, coil stock feeds automatically with guillotine cutoff, all strip stock are fed automatically through strip feed magazine.

3-Roller pressure section (1st driven, next (2) idle) w/electronically controlled and feed speed synchronized drive roll.  
Vertical travel double-motor front & rear end trim with tilting of 0° - 15° cap. (0.24 HP - 12,000 RPM motors);  Top & bottom flush/bevel trimmers (0.36 HP - 12,000 RPM motors), bevel 0° to 15°.  Top & bottom buffing unit (0.15 HP - 2,750 RPM motors). - Feed speed of 30 FPM.

Operator control panel at eye-level.  Automatic height adjustment with top pressure beam for all work stations. Digital height indicator on holddown beam.  Electronic motor brakes on trimmers.
